General booking conditions for your stay in Santa Cristina

Check-in/Check-out

You can check in from 3 p.m. at the “Monte Pana Dolomites Hotel”, which is located 50 metres away. On departure, please check out by 10:00 a.m.

Reception and payment

The reception is located inside the Hotel Monte Pana Dolomites Hotel and is open from 07:00 to 22:00. We accept cash payments up to €4,999.00 and credit card payments by VISA or Mastercard (we do not accept AMEX).

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of €3.40 per person per day is not included in the total price of your stay and will be charged separately on the spot. Children and teenagers under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request at an additional cost of €20.00 per pet per day.

Cancellation policies

The reservation requires the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, a voucher will be issued equal to the full amount of the paid deposit. This voucher can be redeemed for a stay within two years from the cancellation date. After the 30-day deadline, the voucher option is no longer valid. If the cancellation is made between 30 days and 24 hours before the arrival date (i.e., by 2:00 p.m. on the previous day), the paid deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this time are considered no-shows and result in the full amount of the stay being charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

General booking and cancellation conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the hotel within the specified deadlines. If the reserved beds are not fully or partially used, the guest is required to pay 100% of the agreed total price. In case of early departure, the guest must pay 100% of the agreed total price, including both the nights and services used up to the departure date and those not used. The guest may modify the reservation without penalty and only with possible adjustments up to 7 days before the arrival date. After that point, the guest is required to pay 100% of the agreed total price. A change in stay dates may, depending on the circumstances, be considered a cancellation. Only reservations accompanied by a deposit or a credit card guarantee are considered binding. In the event of delayed payments, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation. By confirming the reservation, all of the above conditions are considered accepted. Travelling always carries a potential exposure to unforeseen events, which may require cancelling the planned stay or cutting it short. To protect yourself from possible financial loss, we recommend taking appropriate precautions. We therefore suggest purchasing the Hotelstorno Plus” travel cancellation insurance, in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. Please contact the reception to arrange your personal insurance policy.
